No. All services are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. We want you to stay because results are working, not because you're locked in.
We're based in Winchester, VA at 9 N Loudoun St, Suite 300A. We work with clients locally in the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia, as well as businesses across the country.

Rankings and traffic typically start improving within 3–6 months. SEO is a long-term strategy — the work compounds over time and keeps generating leads long after it's done. We track everything and keep you updated along the way.
Yes. Our Local SEO package includes a custom website build optimized for local search, conversions, and speed. It's mobile and desktop optimized and built on WordPress.
Yes. Additional Google Business Profiles can be set up to expand your visibility into surrounding service areas. Each additional GBP is available at $500/month and is ideal for multi-area or multi-location businesses.
Paid Ads
No. Ad spend is billed separately and directly to Meta or Google from your own account. Our management fee covers strategy, campaign setup, creative testing, and ongoing optimization.
Most campaigns start generating leads within the first week. Campaigns need 7–14 days of data before meaningful optimization can happen. Performance improves consistently as we test and refine creatives over time.
No. Our focus is getting qualified leads into your pipeline. All follow-up is handled by your GoHighLevel automations. We build the campaigns — you close the deals.
Meta Ads target people scrolling social media — great for awareness and lead gen before intent exists. Google Ads target people actively searching for your service right now. LSA (Local Service Ads) are Google's pay-per-lead product — you only pay when someone contacts you directly through the ad.
Content
Minimal involvement required. We come to your location, handle all planning and filming, and take care of the editing. You review and approve each video before it goes live — that's it.
Videos are posted to your Facebook and Instagram accounts with captions and platform-specific formatting. Additional platforms are available upon request.
Organic video content builds brand awareness, trust, and consistency — which supports lead generation over time. Direct lead conversion from organic content is not guaranteed. For immediate leads, this works best alongside a paid ads campaign.
